fighting the urge, one sip of coffee at a time...

the rain drips down the window of the new 'cyber-cafe' on campus, which, despite vehemently opposing the power of starbucks on this campus where cash is king, i am sitting in...the girl i tutor insists on meeting here and when she leaves the soft chairs and calming jazz Muzak seduce me to stay a bit longer, to read the musings of cyber-friends, to waste hours better spent on homework (i'm supposed to paint soft fluffy clouds, but the rain hasn't stopped long enough to see the sky, let alone fluff...).

blah blah whispers the day..stay in bed, read books, nap.....
