so I don't think I got the job. I'm not crying or anything, and I didn't screw up royally...I just don't think I got it. And I'm sure my roomate did. Here's the deal: Lee needs 5 girls and 5 boys to run the dorms for summer camps. $250/week, only 20 hrs/week. My friend Wenke and a guy I work with are giving the interviews, so how could I not get it?

It all boils down to the question: What do you think are your strength and weaknesses? How does one answer that? I mean, I should have said, I'm very responsible, I always go to work when scheduled, mostly right on time. The more responsiblity you give me, the better I'll do, I'm a freakin' machine. I actually like to work, to stay busy. But the weaknesses part always gets me: What does one say and still manage to get the job? I need one of those tests that tells me my weaknesses...
